Carolina Furniture is a cooperation that began in September 1995 specializing in retail furniture direct to the customer from the manufacturers in the U.S. as well as outside.
Carolina Furniture specializes in retail home furnishings with top name brands in mattresses, dining, living and office furniture, area rugs, one of a kind accessories, and much more. The company also handles its own freight along the Eastern seaboard from New York to North Carolina, with Class-A drivers that are logistic specialists.
The cooperation is owned by Dale E. Bielicki, Thomas and Michelle Worthington.
Carolina Furniture has three retail locations and a warehouse all in Western New York conveniently located at:

The Carolina Furniture retail locations and the newly launched Carolina Logistics have clients in WNY, as well as in other states. With approximately 50 employees (mostly full-time), Carolina Furniture offers part time positions as well.
Many Carolina Furniture employees are certified and can offer professional design assistance to customers. Service technicians who work on furniture repair are highly skilled and continue to learn as part of their job. To assist staff, Carolina Furniture conducts continual training year round, bringing in representatives from product lines in addition to online training for furniture knowledge and design. The sales staff uses, “The Furniture Training Company,” as part of ongoing sales training and the management team is strong. The company mission is to supply the consumer with the correct information to make the best buying decision, which means having employees who are highly trained.
In the warehouse, Carolina Furniture’s Carolina Logistics branch employs professional, Class-A drivers who drive both long distance and local.

Delivery trucks are tracked using the “Dispatch Track" system, which allows for managing data as well as providing the delivery personnel recommended routes to save time and fuel. Carolina Furniture plans for expansion is two-fold. The recently launched Carolina Logistics is in need of Class-A drivers. Possible expansion outside the local trading area in to other key cities and towns in New York and Pennsylvania means additional employees will be needed in the future.
Locally, the warehouse needs employees for cross train positions: assemblers, truck helpers, truck leaders, Class-A drivers and customer service. Employees are encouraged work different positions so remain fresh.
